Bladder Tracker™ is a new application designed for individuals struggling with interstitial cystitis, overactive bladder, and other urinary disorders. Far more than a voiding diary, this free application developed by NAN (Natural Approach Nutrition) and the Interstitial Cystitis Network allow individuals to track lifestyle choices including urination symptoms, pain levels, diet selections, hydration, exercise, sexual activity, daily supplementation, and nutraceutical products.
The goal? To help individuals track and determine symptom (“flare”) triggers from lifestyle choices. And better yet, your daily and or monthly tracked data can be printed out in a private and personal report which can then be shared with your physician and/or placed in your medical records to track your symptoms over time and help document your progress, or lack thereof, over time. And if needed, this app may be able to provide evidence that may support disability applications.
This application is a powerful resource that can help all IC patients, as well as their doctors, uncover specific lifestyle patterns that might have a negative or positive impact on bladder and overall pelvic floor symptoms. Its analytics and data collection can track and showcase all this with a simple press of a button.
